New for this year, the 32 Float Step Cast gets the EVOL (extra volume negative air spring) overhaul from FOX rear shocks for heightened small-bump sensitivity. Seeing it's 10-millimeters narrower, the engineers at FOX designed the 32 Float Step Cast with stepped lowers to accommodate disc brake hardware, wheel spokes, and 2. 3-inch tires without clearance issues. Not only does these stepped lowers provide ample clearance for disc brakes, wheels, and tires, but they significantly reduce weight with hollow lowers resultant of shortening the upper tubes and raising the magnesium lowers.
